This is my 3rd time with Citadines (1st time @ Citadines Georgetown, twice @ Citadines Prai). Room was exceptional, complete with amenities. Room was sooooo big & comfortable. Breakfast was splendid. Staffs were friendly & helpful. Parking was perfect.

Everything. Comfortable beds, spacious room, privacy layout, free flow coffee of course! TV channels not to miss EPL, high pressure shower, complete amenities in the room, I used the dryer after dipping in the pool at 39, feels like home

the apartment so big suitable for family,the room spacious feel like home..condiment like shower gel,shampoo n conditioner smell good..there is facilities laundry room,gym n pool so easy for them bring children n stay for a few day

2 bed apartment is very comfy and spacious. Wash+ Dry washing machine and microwave is very useful for us. Nice plates, tea pots and cups and glasses are good qualities and well maintained. Love the complimentary coffee station. Even better if there are juices served for non coffee drinkers. Guest service very nice, they help us arranged higher floor with good views.

The breakfast was really fantastic. The food served is of very good quality & has a lot of choice. The staff manning the outlet were very helpful & very friendly especially the kitchen staff. The outlet itself is very cozy & relaxing. Love the view outside while having the breakfast.

The room is very spacious and the equipments provided in the rooms are very new and complete. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The staffs are also friendly. There were a number of food options near this hotel, mostly operating at night. The hotel rate is very reasonable considering the room size and it is rather new. Overall, there is nothing to complain about this hotel other than that it is not on Penang island, where most of the tourist attractions are.

Breakfast is provided and is fine. The chefs prepare the breakfast shouting out when the order is ready. Room was fine and clean. There is onsite pool, gym and laundrette facilities for RM10 a cycle. This was handy for us. Staff were pleasant and overall our stay was good. Property is probably the tallest building in the area.
